Steve became affiliated with the firm as Of Counsel in 2007, having previously engaged in a private practice since 1976 in the Roaring Fork Valley. Steve advises clients in matters involving commercial transactions, business entity formation and management, real estate acquisition, exchanges and disposition, development, leasing and land use, Home Owners’ Associations and common interest communities, commercial and residential financing transactions, including financial institution collections and foreclosures, and municipal, special district and limited purpose governmental entity law. Steve also has practical personal experience with real estate development and construction projects from an owner’s perspective.
