Rick specializes in estate and trust matters. Rick also has substantial experience in real estate transactions and has acted as the past chairman of the Colorado Real Estate Section. He has also been a lecturer at numerous Colorado Continuing Legal Education programs in the area of real estate, limited liability companies and income taxation.
