Water Law

OKGKM provides a variety of water law services, ranging from obtaining simple well permits from the State Engineer’s office through litigating complex augmentation plans through the Colorado water courts. OKGKM takes a practical approach to assisting our clients in securing reliable water supplies and protecting those rights for the future.  In addition, OKGKM assists our clients in real estate transactions and land use applications by evaluating and negotiating the purchase of water rights associated with a property and working with our clients to formulate water plans necessary to meet our client’s unique needs.
